Legally, you can train your own service dog, but this is a commitment to continuous training throughout the dog’s life.

Additionally, verifying their task performance in actual public settings is crucial. Completing these tests not only meets these standards but also significantly enhances the experience and confidence of both the dog and the handler as a team.
In some cases, a service dog may not be necessary to significantly enhance your quality of life.
